Ana Rojas-Gabriel

Somos Carolina Intern

Ana Rojas-Gabriel (she/ella) is a Mexicana-Americana with heritage from Oaxaca, Mexico. She is a current sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill majoring in Dental Hygiene with a minor in Spanish for the Medical Professions. She is an alum intern with SAF’s Into the Fields program. In the future, she plans to serve rural communities in need of dental care services and utilize her education to support community development. Ana is excited to support students and extend mentorship. She is eager to learn from her experiences through her work with LatinxEd and Somos Carolina.
