As Family Resource Coordinator for Watauga County Schools, Yolanda Adams connects families with resources to support student success. She founded the Semillas Program to help parents become advocates for their children’s education and collaborates with community partners to provide essential services. Yolanda is also the co-founder and CEO of Q'Pasa Appalachia, promoting cultural understanding and celebrating diversity in the Appalachian region. Recognized with several awards, she also serves on Governor Roy Cooper’s DRIVE Task Force.
