Bryan Mejia, a proud Honduran-American from Durham, NC, serves as LatinxEd’s Fellowship Manager, where he combines his passions for mental health, storytelling, and education access. With a background in Psychology and Creative Nonfiction Writing from UNC-Chapel Hill, Bryan has worked as a Tech and Media Fellow with Poder NC Action and advocates for student mental health with Pupusas 4 Education. Inspired by the stories that shaped his own journey, Bryan is committed to uplifting Latine voices and empowering students to claim their dreams and thrive.
