Subscribe for UpdatesThe LatinxEd Fellowship is a multi-month, immersive leadership development program that equips Latine advocates across North Carolina with the tools to dismantle barriers, advance educational equity, and build a thriving future. Through workshops, coaching, college advising, and mentorship, Fellows gain the skills needed to advance in their education and leadership journeys, strengthen their cultural identity, and drive systemic change in education.

For many Latine leaders, the journey of being the first can feel overwhelming and lonely, but through the Fellowship, they find strength, connection, and purpose. 100% of our youth Fellows are graduating from high school and college, and our professional Fellows are advancing in their careers, increasing their earnings, and building a more sustainable future for themselves and their families.
