An immersive leadership development program empowering multiple generations of Latine education advocates across North Carolina. Through intentional coaching, college access resources, and community-building, participants develop the skills needed to advance in education and drive meaningful change within their comunidad.
Through community-led initiatives, research, and strategic partnerships, we amplify Latine voices and build advocacy networks to address challenges facing Latine students and families in North Carolina. Together with our partners, we’re creating an “education blueprint” that shapes policy and drives progress toward an inclusive, equitable education system.
