Zamantha Granados

Partnerships Manager

Zamantha Granados is the Partnerships Manager at LatinxEd. In this role, she helps amplify the voices of Latinx students and immigrant families, and connects with educators and community leaders to advocate for equitable education for Latinxs in North Carolina. Her experience as daughter of Mexican immigrants in Los Angeles to first generation college student in the South inspires her dedication to advance educational and health equity. In her capacity as #SomosNC Listening Tour Program Manager, she is helping gather community members' insight on the barriers to opportunities facing Latinxs families across all regions of the state. She is thrilled to be joining the LatinxEd team because of our commitment to build thriving communities. Prior to LatinxEd, Zamantha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Evolutionary Anthropology and Certificate of Human Development at Duke University and later received a Master’s in Public Health from UNC’s Gillings Schools of Global Public Health. She aspires to build bridges that uplift our communities as she advocates for racial justice and closing equity gaps.
