Vanessa Ramirez-Soto

Student at Challenger Early College High School

Vanessa is currently a high school student, but has been extremely passionate about helping Latinx youth succeed in the education environment. She hopes to one day major in Government and have a concentration in Latin American Issues and Rights; she hopes to be the voice for others that cannot speak for themselves. Vanessa has been a part of several causes such as Dream Readers Program and Juntos Club. She applied for this fellowship in order to become a stronger leader, and to get a better understanding of what must be done to create a more inclusive learning environment for our society.
