Nicole Daniels is an immigration attorney at JusticeMatters, Inc., a non-profit law firm providing preventive and restorative, immigration and family law services. Nicole’s work focuses on humanitarian immigration law, advocating for the rights of survivors of trafficking and other traumas. Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, she came to the University of North Carolina (UNC) in 2007 and earned her BA in Spanish and Communication Studies in 2011 and her JD from UNC’s School of Law in 2015. Nicole is passionately engaged in immigration work through the provision of direct client services and advocacy for individuals throughout North Carolina.
