Marcella Pansini

Coming from Peruvian roots, Marcella Pansini is an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying Business Administration and Public Policy. She is a current Morehead-Cain Scholar and serves as the Executive Director of Pupusas for Education - a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to undocumented and DACAmented students pursuing higher education in North Carolina. As a student herself, she has discovered a passion for business under her mother's guidance, specifically in the intersection between business and providing entrepreneurial opportunities to immigrants. In the future, she hopes to earn her MBA and work in the impact investing industry to provide opportunities to Latinx entrepreneurs. Marcella is eager to increase access to the world of business to all, regardless of income level, experience, or country of origin.
