Johanna Ramirez

The daughter of immigrants, Johanna Ramirez is a senior at Nesbitt Discovery Academy, where she is a leader for the color guard team. Passionate about immigration issues, she wants to correct negative perceptions of the Latinx community. Johanna hopes to inspire other Latinx youth to reach higher than what they were given. She plans to study business in college so that she can help increase employment in the Latinx community and inspire younger generations. Johanna aspires to someday start her own business.
