Jennifer Te Vazquez

A proud Mexican-American, Jennifer Te Vazquez will be attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill this fall, where she plans to major in Biology and minor in Chemistry. In high school, she volunteered regularly with underprivileged children through the “Young Musicians of Alamance” program. Passionate about immigration policy, she is an advocate for immigrant rights, and wants to create a more equitable and inclusive world. Jennifer hopes to attend medical school and become a pediatric surgeon serving children in low-income households.
