Eduardo Gomez is a 20-year-old born in Wilmington, North Carolina. Entering high school he accomplished an abundant amount of things. He played soccer all four years, being captain for three of those years. He was the Editor in chief of his yearbook/journalism class. His passion also led him to embrace a diverse of interests, including membership in the Latin dance, AIM (Action, Inspiration, Movement) club, and Science Olympiad. Eduardo's commitment to community became noticeable during his junior year when he volunteered with local middle school's soccer team. After graduation, he enrolled in Barber School at James Sprunt Community College. There he engaged in various events and visited local schools to talk about the program and to inspire others to strive for higher education. Once he graduated he took a job in a barber shop in Hampstead, North Carolina, with plans to uplift and be involved in his community.
