Debora Saavedra-Winch is a doctoral student in the Curriculum and Instruction program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, specializing in Curriculum and Educational Development. She holds a Master's degree in Latin American History from UNC Charlotte, where she actively participated in teaching and research. Growing up in Panama, Debora has a deep understanding of the importance of intercultural education and its transformative potential.
