Angelita Mantilla Becom

Board Chair

Angelita Mantilla Becom has over twenty years of experience in the areas of organizational development, business strategy and talent management. Her experience includes seventeen years at a large national consulting firm supporting clients in many industries including technology, life sciences, nonprofits and higher education. She currently serves as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at a global medical device and technology corporation. She is an active participant in helping her local community thrive serving as a board member of LatinxEd since 2016, and an active volunteer at her children’s schools and church. She immigrated to the US from Mexico as a newborn baby. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
