Analia Wells, an immigrant, bilingual, and board-certified ELD specialist, brings over 25 years of expertise to the field of education. Her teaching career spans K-12 EFL, ESL, and Spanish in both Argentina and the USA. Currently, she serves as a Dual Language Instructional Coach for Guilford County Schools. Analia is committed to empowering educators working with multilingual learners and advocating for equitable educational opportunities. She actively contributes to various boards, including Project IGNITE at UNCG, FLANC, the Greensboro International Advisory Committee, and is an executive board member of Carolina TESOL. As a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, CarABE, and TESOL International, Analia champions higher education access for immigrant students. She is also a proud U.S. Department of State English Language Programs Specialist alumna, where she developed training modules about Social Emotional Learning for English teachers in Albania.
