Angelita Becom

Angelita Mantilla Becom has twenty years of experience in the areas of organizational development, business strategy and employee compensation. Her experience includes seventeen years at a large national consulting firm supporting clients in many industries including technology, life sciences, nonprofits and higher education. She currently serves as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at a global medical device and tech corporation. She is an active participant in helping her local community thrive serving as a board member of LatinxEd since 2016, a board member of the Alexander YMCA and an active volunteer at her children’s schools and church. She immigrated to the US from Mexico as a newborn baby. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
